Bible Study Plan 2019

Today we read:
Isaiah 49-50
Colossians 3-4

-Food for thought day 265-

•‭‭ Matthew‬ ‭10:7-8
• Matthew 10:9-10
• ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:31-32‬

The Word of God says: “And as you go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand! Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely (without pay) you have received, freely (without charge) give.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭10:7-8‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

My emphasis is on the sentence: “… freely you receive freely you give…”

Jesus Christ came on earth to give to us His love so that we will demonstrate or give it unreservedly to those in need. That’s is why He shared His love abroad in our hearts by The Holy Spirit. We are not supposed to hold back when it comes to loving people, but give freely what we have received from Jesus Christ.

That is why the Word of God says: “Let all bitterness and indignation and wrath (passion, rage, bad temper) and resentment (anger, animosity) and quarreling (brawling, clamor, contention) and slander (evil-speaking, abusive or blasphemous language) be banished from you, with all malice (spite, ill will, or baseness of any kind). And become useful and helpful and kind to one another, tenderhearted (compassionate, understanding, loving-hearted), forgiving one another [readily and freely], as God in Christ forgave you.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:31-32‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

The last part of Ephesians 4:32 says: “… as God in Christ forgave you…”

Remember: the Love of God is a free gift received from Jesus Christ, which must be freely given back.

Freely you’ve received, so do likewise!

Many blessings in Jesus’ Name.

Think and act!!!!!
