OUR STORY
Many years ago I had the global vision to reach out to all souls. I devoted much time to praying. When I was not praying I was preaching the gospel about Jesus in the streets. This is my lifestyle, the way of living. It is who I am and what I do, I did not know that I was answering a silent call.
During my period of serving in a local church I became one of the main intercessors. We were praying non-stop for the needs of others and to enable them to change things. I spend many hours serving by intercession, but it did not stop me from bringing the Good News to those that lived on the street. In this specific season, the vision to reach out to all souls in the streets became stronger than ever before.
For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold , now is the accepted time; behold , now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians 6:2
The Lord send me out for evangelism for a specific period on the other side of the Netherlands. I thank God for the souls that have been won for The Kingdom. As led by The Spirit of God, my wife and I started the church at home with a handful of people after this particular assignment. Over the years, more and more people joined in for prayers and growing in Christ.
I was hungry to know what God’s purpose for this “home” church was. After a period of waiting the Lord spoke to me audibly a vision: “I have called you to bring redemption to the people.” At that time I did not know what redemption entailed however I found out after doing some research. Redemption is defined as; To buy from the marketplace, to buy out of the market and to set loose. As it is on my heart always, I kept on preaching the gospel on the streets.
During this same vision, God showed me a market. I could see all kinds of people, from all kinds of nations and from all different ages. They were gathered in large numbers on that market. God pointed to the people and said: I have called you to bring redemption to these people. Suddenly, I realized that the vision I received was visualizing the definition of redemption. I understood that mass people were moving in and out from the market. That market represents the world we are in. It is our mandate to buy from that market, to buy out of the market and to set captives loose in Jesus Name!
Beloved ones, now is the time of salvation. It is the right time to be born again. It is the right time to meet our King Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
