-Food for thought day 184-

• Romans 13:5
• Matthew 18:23-35

The only debt we’re not supposed to stop paying is love. When we stop giving love, we become debtors to God and men.

“Keep out of debt and owe no man anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor [who practices loving others] has fulfilled the Law [relating to one’s fellowmen, meeting all its requirements].”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭13:8‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Are you paying your daily dues or not?

We owe a lot to God; when we refuse to practice God’s Love and daily forgive those that have offended us or have taken advantage of our love (Matthew 18:23-35).

The time has come for us to grow up and pay the only due required for every believer.

This due is Love! You can only please God by faith and the faith of God will cause you to be conformed to the image of God. Furthermore, the more we’re conformed to His image, the more we walk in His character which is Love.

Walking in God’s Love is fulfilling the law; thus breakers of the law are debtors to it.

Don’t be a debtor, but someone that adds value to God’s Kingdom. The way to add value to your community and to Christ is by demonstrating God’s Love.

Remember: the only debt we will never stop to pay is the debt of love towards one another!

Loving people is loving God!

Many blessings in Jesus’ Name.
