Scripture of meditation:
• Isaiah 55:10-11

The Word of God that goes out from your spirit will never return void. That is why it’s important to practice speaking forth God’s Word. Not only are you speaking life to your future, but you are also bringing your tongue into alignment to God’s will.

“For as the rain and snow come down from the heavens, and return not there again, but water the earth and make it bring forth and sprout, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, [II Cor. 9:10.] So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”

The reason for the many problems in your life is wrong speaking. What you say, controls your actions; it matters what you say.

The Word of God says:

“Likewise, look at the ships: though they are so great and are driven by rough winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the impulse of the helmsman determines. Even so the tongue is a little member, and it can boast of great things. See how much wood or how great a forest a tiny spark can set ablaze!”
‭‭James‬ ‭3:4-5‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

The tongue is compared to the rudder of a ship that moves it around. That means it’s very important that you speak forth God’s Word consistently. This will also influence the leadings of the Holy Spirit in your life.

The words that come out of you to your mind is from your spirit. It speaks of what is in your spirit man.

“O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12:34‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Remember: being led by the Spirit is linked to what consistently comes out of your mouth.
