When Pharaoh drew near, the Israelites looked up, and behold, the Egyptians were marching after them; and the Israelites were exceedingly frightened and cried out to the Lord. And they said to Moses, Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you treated us this way and brought us out of Egypt? Did we not tell you in Egypt, Let us alone; let us serve the Egyptians? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the wilderness. Moses told the people, Fear not; stand still (firm, confident, undismayed) and see the salvation of the Lord which He will work for you today. For the Egyptians you have seen today you shall never see again. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.” Exodus 14:10-14 AMP

This is the story of the children of Israelites when they left Egypt, under the bondage of pharaoh. Pharaoh’s heart was hardened and he came after them irrespective of all the plaques he received.

One of the mistakes and lies taught is that when you are born again the enemy will not come against you. Well born again is the beginning of warfare. But we should always know we are dealing with an enemy that is already defeated and his target is to hinder you from moving forward by attacking your mind through your circumstances. Some of his methods are: fear, intimidation, discouragement to stop you from moving forward and to focus on him.

Pay no attention to his lies.

Always know and remember as God’s child that God Almighty got your back. And any attack on your life is an attack on Him. He wants you to trust in Him in the midst of the storm and used the name of Jesus Christ against every storm. You will surely experience a turnaround.

Look at the bigness of God in you and working through you and stop looking at your challenges.

Little children, you are of God [you belong to Him] and have [already] defeated and overcome them [the agents of the antichrist], because He Who lives in you is greater (mightier) than he who is in the world.” 1 Johannes 4:4 AMP

Be still and see the salvation of the Lord. Stand your grounds and refuse to move by your feelings, but be moved by God’s word for your life in Jesus Christ mighty name.

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your word. Thank you for assuring me that victory is always mine in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
