“I APPEAL to you therefore, brethren, and beg of you in view of [all] the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable (rational, intelligent) service and spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:1-2‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

The cure of taking the limit of God is surrender. Without surrendering our all to God we not experience the very best of God.

The walk of faith is a walk of absolute surrendering to the finish work of Christ on our behalf. There is absolutely nothing that comes to our lives because of our own efforts but it comes due to our leaning on Jesus Christ by His Spirit.

“Then he said to me, This [addition of the bowl to the candlestick, causing it to yield a ceaseless supply of oil from the olive trees] is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit [of Whom the oil is a symbol], says the Lord of hosts.”
‭‭Zechariah‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Today whatever area in your life that needs to be layed down for God’s glory to be revealed, we should surrender it to the Lord. Anything withhold from the Lord you will end up loosing it.

“And Jesus called [to Him] the throng with His disciples and said to them, If anyone intends to come after Me, let him deny himself [forget, ignore, disown, and lose sight of himself and his own interests] and take up his cross, and [joining Me as a disciple and siding with My party] follow with Me [continually, cleaving steadfastly to Me]. For whoever wants to save his [higher, spiritual, eternal] life, will lose it [the lower, natural, temporal life which is lived only on earth]; and whoever gives up his life [which is lived only on earth] for My sake and the Gospel’s will save it [his higher, spiritual life in the eternal kingdom of God]. For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life [in the eternal kingdom of God]?”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭8:34-36‬ ‭AMPC

As we learn to let go what God expects us to surrender,it will come back to us as a great harvest. I know surrendering ourselves to God is painful for the flesh. But the joy of the harvest that will be revealed will not be compared with the pain in surrendering.

“I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains [just one grain; it never becomes more but lives] by itself alone. But if it dies, it produces many others and yields a rich harvest.”
‭‭John‬ ‭12:24‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Let’s pray together: Heavenly Father I surrender all to You. Make a harvest out my life in Jesus name. Amen.
