Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].” Romans 12:2 AMP
The only way in which we receive healing and deliverance from the way we used to think before we got born again, is by studying the Bible. Without God’s Word, though you are born again, you can still find yourself talking an acting as though you are not saved.
That’s why the Bible says put on the new man. Whenever we study God’s Word, the way we think changes as we practice it. That means we have to put on the new man.
Strip yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old unrenewed self] which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion; And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude], And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God’s image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness.” Ephesians 4:22-24 AMP
Get to God’s Word and walk in the newness of life by renewing your mind.

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word. Help me change the way I handled many situations in life or view many things in this life by renewing my mind through Your Word in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
