And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16:15 KJV
Preaching the gospel is showing the prove that Jesus Christ is who He says He is. For example:
And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God:” Acts 3:5-9 KJV
After this demonstration, the people gave heed to the word. That’s why one miracle of the demonstration of the power of God cause about five thousands to be born again.
Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.” Acts 4:4 KJV
This is what preaching the gospel means. That’s why Jesus said:
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” Luke 4:18-19 KJV
It’s time for us to learn to trust God as we magnify our office and He will confirm His word with signs and wonders following us.
