What we say brings health in our lives and to the ones that hears us or it brings sickness to us and to our hearers.
Let no foul or polluting language, nor evil word nor unwholesome or worthless talk [ever] come out of your mouth, but only such [speech] as is good and beneficial to the spiritual progress of others, as is fitting to the need and the occasion, that it may be a blessing and give grace (God’s favor) to those who hear it.” Ephesians 4:29 AMP
That’s why we must discipline our tongue and use it for good and spiritual progress others in Jesus Christ mighty name.
We as children of God Almighty must let the mind of Christ dominate us so that our tongue will be used to bring health to our lives and the many that hears us.

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your word. Help me by Your Spirit to use my mouth as an instrument of health to my life and to those whom you send on my path in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
