And Jesus answered them, Truly I say to you, if you have faith (a firm relying trust) and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, Be taken up and cast into the sea, it will be done.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭21:21‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Doubt is a thief that steals God’s blessings from the children of God. It is not just about confessing right. The main emphasis is not the speaking but the doubting.

If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him. Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything [he asks for] from the Lord,” ‭James‬ ‭1:5-7‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

The Bible says when we speak or asked anything ” it must be in faith…” What does this statement means?
Answer : It meant absolute reliance, dependance, confidence and trust
in God. Our faith is Jesus.

I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me.”Galatians‬ ‭2:20‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

The Bible says ” …. we live by the faith of the son of God..”

Question: Who is the Son of God?
Answer: Jesus Christ.

That’s why our faith is Jesus and it stands on what He has done on our behalf and not on our ability.

One little iota of doubt as you release God’s Word will hinder the blessing of God from flowing through you to others or will hinder you from receiving what you request from the Lord.

That is why is not enough to believe God exists but it becomes complete when we know beyond every shadow of doubt that He answers prayers and is always willing to grant our petitions in accordance to His plan, purpose, objectives and design for our lives.

That’s why the writer of the book of Hebrew says:

But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out].” Hebrews‬ ‭11:6‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

I pray that every Spirit of doubt be bound and let the faith of God in you rise up tall in you and cause you to walk in you blessings and also be a blessing in Jesus name.

Heavenly Father I thank you for your word. I bind the spirit of doubt and I set loose the spirit of faith in Jesus name. Amen.
