Today we read:
-Food for thought day 310-
• Romans 8:1-2
• 1 John 3:20-24
The word of God says: “THEREFORE, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. [John 3:18.] For the law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has freed me from the law of sin and of death.”
Romans 8:1-2 AMPC
Condemnation in your life is the absence of the love of God. The reason why many feel condemned is that they are functioning out of God’s perimeter of love.
It’s for this reason, the word of God says: “For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.”
1 John 3:20-24 KJV
Whenever you are walking in God’s love, it’s difficult for you to forfeit any of God’s laws.
Therefore, walking in love is fulfilling the law (Romans 13:9-10); this automatically removes condemnation out of your life.
That’s why whenever you feel condemned you should check your love barometer.
Remember: he that walks in love never feels condemned.
Live the life of the Spirit!
Many blessings in Jesus’ Name.
