The Word of God says: “Above all things have intense and unfailing love for one another, for love covers a multitude of sins [forgives and disregards the offenses of others]. [Prov. 10:12.]”

We are not called to go about exposing the mistakes of one another by making it public; we are called to cover one another’s mistakes. That does not mean we should not speak the truth to them, it means that we should not go about publishing their mess. We must learn to watch one another’s back.

That is why Jesus Christ said: “I give you a new commandment: that you should love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too should love one another. By this shall all [men] know that you are My disciples, if you love one another [if you keep on showing love among yourselves].”

It is about time we watch one another’s back.

Remember: Love covers people in their mess.

Cover one another in love!
