Most of the time the people we dishonor are likely God’s chosen vessels for blessings and deliverance to our generation.

Joseph’s brethren despised him for his dreams and for the special bond he had with his father. They conspired against him and sold him as a slave to an Egyptian. What they did not know was this; God was using their evil schemes to fulfill prophecy. They meant it for evil but God turn it around for good.

And in the time of famine God used what was downtrodden(Joseph )to sustain the entire family.

The Word of God says: “ the stone which the builders rejected become the head stone of the corner…”

The family obtained favour because their brother was in God’s place of divine favour.

We should be careful how we handle one another, because no one knows tomorrow. We can only trust God’s best for tomorrow knowing each day carries its own heavenly blessings for all men, but we can’t really determine the medium through whom the blessings will come.

The only thing we know about tomorrow is the guarantee of eternal life to all who believe in Jesus Christ.

For this reason we should choose to love all men with passion and refuse to hate, have respect and celebrate one another’s gifts irrespective of our differences, because you never know who God is going to use to build a bridge for your next level.

Let us uphold one another and also purpose to be bridge builders like Joseph and not bridge breakers like his brethren.
