-Food for thought day 181-

• Matthew 20:28
• Luke 23:33-34

God’s Love for us is indefatigable. That means that it never gets tired and it always looks for an opportunity to express itself.

That is why Jesus, though He was tired, when He met the woman at the well, gained strength to minister to her (John 4:6-28). He would have focused on Himself because He was tired, but even in that state, He ministered to the need of the woman. Jesus Christ always drew His strength from God Almighty.

Question: How did Jesus draw His strength?

Answer: By doing the will of Him that sent Him (John 4:34).

Every time we set our minds on doing what God asks; He will empower us for it.

Jesus Christ came to minister and not to be ministered unto, that’s why even in tiredness (because of His flesh), He always gained strength to keep loving people because that’s God’s will for humanity (Matthew 20:28).

We must take the same stand when it comes to walking in God’s Love towards one another and the unsaved.

Even at the cross, though He was tired of all the torture He experienced. He still gained the strength to pray for the release of humanity from the bondage of corruption (Luke 23:33-34).

Never get tired loving people!!!

Remember: God’s Love is indefatigable.

Many blessings in Jesus’ Name.

Think and Act!!!!!
