Do you know God’s Love is reliable? We can all count on it! It’s the same Love He has shared in our hearts by the Holy Spirit so that we as His representatives here on earth, can also be reliable to those who are in need of His Love and to fellow believers in Christ.
The reason why meeting reliable people is scarce: not all people you meet have God’s Love in them. Even if they have God’s Love in them, they don’t know how to release it due to the lack of the revelation of what they have.
The Word reliable means: “to be trustworthy” or “consistent in one’s performance”.
“And He said to them, Which of you who has a friend will go to him at midnight and will say to him, Friend, lend me three loaves [of bread], For a friend of mine who is on a journey has just come, and I have nothing to put before him; And he from within will answer, Do not disturb me; the door is now closed, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot get up and supply you [with anything]? I tell you, although he will not get up and supply him anything because he is his friend, yet because of his shameless persistence and insistence he will get up and give him as much as he needs.”

The reason why the friend could go to his friend at midnight is because he was trustworthy and was also consistent in his performance. He did what he said he would do.
“God is not a man, that He should tell or act a lie, neither the son of man, that He should feel repentance or compunction [for what He has promised]. Has He said and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and shall He not make it good?”

It’s difficult to trust people who are inconsistent in their behavior or character. God expects you to be consistent in your performance and attitude towards people because He has given you His Love. Walking in this dimension of God’s Love is a choice you must make daily.
“For I am the LORD, I do not change [but remain faithful to My covenant with you]; that is why you, O sons of Jacob, have not come to an end.”
Malachi 3:6 AMP
Walking in God’s Love is a steadfast attitude. The world is not looking for inconsistency, but it’s looking for people who deliver what they talk about always.
Be consistent in walking in God’s Love and purpose in your heart to be reliable to the people around you and the ones you’ve been assigned to. Earning people’s trust is hard work because it requires consistency in performance or attitude.
Remember: God’s Love is reliable and that’s why it never fails.
