We serve a God of plan and purpose. You are not born-again to figure out how to make it in life. God has got our entire life planned. Our duty is to allow Him to order our steps. We are not our own boss, but we live according to His glorious counsel day by day.

That is why the Word of God says:

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭37:23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The word ”ordered” means being established. God is responsible for ordering our steps. Our attitude should be that of yielding to the leadings of His Spirit and promotion will be inevitable.

We’re righteous people made righteous with God’s righteousness. That is why we are good. In other words, the psalmist was saying: promotion is for righteous people and not for rebellious people.

Allow God to lead you!

Remember: you are not your own boss. Promotion is for all those whose steps are ordered by the Lord.
