“You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You”. Isaiah 26:3 AMPC
Now we can only experience God’s peace as we focus on what the blood the of Jesus is done for us. Jesus obtain peace for all that believe through His blood. “And God purposed that through (by the service, the intervention of) Him [the Son] all things should be completely reconciled back to Himself, whether on earth or in heaven, as through Him, [the Father] made peace by means of the blood of His cross”. Colossians 1:20 AMPC
That is why living and walking in victory which is link to experiencing God’s peace has to do with understanding what the blood of Jesus is accomplished for us.

“ We should remember that peace is not the absence of problems. Because Jesus said”I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you”.] John 16:33 AMPC
He made this statement so that our confidence should not rest on our ability but in what He has accomplish for us through His blood. As we focus on it and make it ours daily meditation we will live a victorious life and also experience His peace. Today Let’s God’s peace overtake you. Peace is a fruit of the Spirit produce by the Holy Spirit within us.
