And after He had appeared in human form, He abased and humbled Himself [still further] and carried His obedience to the extreme of death, even the death of the cross!” Philippians 2:8 AMPC

Humility is a great key for walking in victory. Not only did Jesus conquered Satan through obedience but He was very humble. That’s why He exalted by God and given a name above all names.

Likewise, you who are younger and of lesser rank, be subject to the elders (the ministers and spiritual guides of the church)–[giving them due respect and yielding to their counsel]. Clothe (apron) yourselves, all of you, with humility [as the garb of a servant, so that its covering cannot possibly be stripped from you, with freedom from pride and arrogance] toward one another. For God sets Himself against the proud (the insolent, the overbearing, the disdainful, the presumptuous, the boastful)–[and He opposes, frustrates, and defeats them], but gives grace (favor, blessing) to the humble. [Prov. 3:34.]” 1 Peter 5:5 AMPC

Humility is a great key to walking in victory.

God has called us to humble ourselves in prayer and He will turn our captivity around.

If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 AMPC

Today choose humility and go back to Lord in prayer. He is patiently waiting for you to turn every awkward situation in your life around.

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your Word. I humble myself to you this morning and acknowledge you as the solutions to my struggles and I thank you for turning every hopeless situation in my life around in Jesus name. Amen.
