The breeding ground for expecting something is a promise made to you. The promises of God in our life is our warranty that God Almighty will perform what He says.
For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” 2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV
When you are not expecting anything then nothing will happen. The promises of God works for those who are expecting God to perform His word spoken over their life.
A pregnant woman expects the child in her womb to be born. But you see for the child to come out she has to go through some time of labour and then push the baby out. It is the same with what we expect from God.
We are pregnant with His promises and for us to see the manifestation of what God said, we have to labour in prayer, act in the direction of our prayers and also talk like our prayers for us to see results.
Today start daily praying and acting in the direction of God’s promises for you. I guarantee you in Jesus name and according to God’s word of a promise, that a miracle is waiting for you at your door as you follow this instructions.
Even our Lord Jesus Christ is in the state of expectancy, that’s why He lives to make intercession for us until all his enemies be put underfoot.

Heavenly Father,
I refuse to give up and hold fast to your promises for my life. I know my expectations based on your promises for me will not be cut off in Jesus name. Amen
