As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:” 1 Peter 2:2 KJV
It’s time to make a decision to grow. No baby grow without milk. So are we as children of the most high God Almighty. The Bible says you should desire to grow, so it is a choice. We can’t know who God is by feelings or by what we think, we can only know Him through His word.
It’s the duty of every parent to raise their kids. So is God Almighty to us. He wants to teach us through the Holy Spirit which lives in us. So as we choose to study the Word for ourselves, know that you are not alone. The Holy Spirit is there to teach you.
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.” 1 John 2:27 KJV
But you have received the Holy Spirit, and He lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ.” 1 John 2:27 NLT
The Word and The Holy Spirit agree. He (The Holy Spirit) wrote the Bible. So spend time daily in God’s Word and allow Him to teach you.
