Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the help of my [sad] countenance, and my God.” Psalm 43:5 AMP

Most people overwhelmed by the spirit of depression are suffering from anxiety attacks. So they feel helpless as a result they start  developing panic attacks.

Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, but an encouraging word makes it glad. [Ps. 50:4; Prov. 15:13.]

The Lord God Almighty expects us to cast our cares on Him and leave it there. Many people are hurting because they have not committed their hurt unto the Lord.

When He was reviled and insulted, He did not revile or offer insult in return; [when] He was abused and suffered, He made no threats [of vengeance]; but he trusted [Himself and everything] to Him Who judges fairly.” 1 Peter 2:23 AMP

It’s time to commit our hurt to our Lord Jesus Christ.

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. I commit my hurt (call it by name) to you in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen,
