For surely there is a latter end [a future and a reward], and your hope and expectation shall not be cut off.” Proverbs 23:18 AMPC

Our text says two words that are very important for a turn around to happen or for making impossibilities possible. The first word is hope and the second is expectations. For us to expect anything we must hope for it.

Now expectations is base on a promise made by someone to another person. For example a friend said to you I will buy you a car. That is a promise. That promise was made to stir up and expectation in you. It’s same with God’s word. We can’t receive from God without an expectation. This expectations is born out of God’s promises for our lives.

For as many as are the promises of God, they all find their Yes [answer] in Him [Christ]. For this reason we also utter the Amen (so be it) to God through Him [in His Person and by His agency] to the glory of God.” 2 Corinthians 1:20 AMPC

God Almighty already say yes to all we will ever need in Christ. Jesus Christ met our needs when he paid the price for us on the cross. We have to see God’s promises already fulfill in Jesus Christ and make it ours because we’re in Christ. For example you are in need for a job. That maybe your need.

The word of the Lord says:

And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19 AMPC

Claim your Job in that promise and go out look for a job. God Almighty will make His word good in your life.

For while we were yet with you, we gave you this rule and charge: If anyone will not work, neither let him eat.” 2 Thessalonians 3:10 AMPC

That’s why you must step out after claiming your need and start acting in that direction praising and thanking before and after the manifestation of the promise in Jesus Christ mighty name.
