Therefore thus says the Lord God, Behold, I am laying in Zion for a foundation a Stone, a tested Stone, a precious Cornerstone of sure foundation; he who believes (trusts in, relies on, and adheres to that Stone) will not be ashamed or give way or hasten away [in sudden panic]. True faith in God is never in a hurry. One of the reasons why people don’t see change in their circumstances is what I call anxiety. Anxiety is what causes most people to rush things in their lives. Some develop panic attack because their expectations are not met or things didn’t fall in place as planned or the things did not happen in their time. So they try to rush things with their efforts to make things happen.

Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.” Philippians 4:6 AMPC

Be still and know God is always with us and on our side irrespective of the circumstances we are in. So no need for panic or to be in a hurry. God Almighty never sleeps or slumber and He will always make good that which He promised us in His word.
