In order that you may not grow disinterested and become [spiritual] sluggards, but imitators, behaving as do those who through faith (by their leaning of the entire personality on God in Christ in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness) and by practice of patient endurance and waiting are [now] inheriting the promises.” Hebrews 6:12 AMPC

Patience is a strong key for us to use if we desire to see the impossible become possible in our lives. When we’ve acted in faith and it seems as if there’s no tangible manifestations. Patience is there to kill every hunch of carnality in us so that true faith can obtain the miracle. Patience in God’s promise also exposes hidden motive of our heart and our expectations from God. Also if  we want something so badly we  patiently wait for it.

Be assured and understand that the trial and proving of your faith bring out endurance and steadfastness and patience. But let endurance and steadfastness and patience have full play and do a thorough work, so that you may be [people] perfectly and fully developed [with no defects], lacking in nothing.” James 1:3-4 AMPC

Patience is a fruit of the Holy Spirit. It’s a product of God. So we don’t need to manufacture it. It’s the duty of the Holy Spirit to produce patience in us so that we can obtain the promise. Our duty is to asked and yield to the Holy Spirit when our faith is tried and tested in Christ.

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. Help me by Your Spirit to be patient so that I will not forfeit my miracle or fail to see the impossible become possible in my life in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
