But be doers of the Word [obey the message], and not merely listeners to it, betraying yourselves [into deception by reasoning contrary to the Truth]. For if anyone only listens to the Word without obeying it and being a doer of it, he is like a man who looks carefully at his [own] natural face in a mirror;” James 1:22-23 AMPC

Doing the impossible has to do with backing up your words with action. It is not about speaking words that makes things happen. It is about living what you speak about that brings about a change.

For as the human body apart from the spirit is lifeless, so faith apart from [its] works of obedience is also dead.” James 2:26 AMPC
