Are not the angels all ministering spirits (servants) sent out in the service [of God for the assistance] of those who are to inherit salvation?” Hebrews‬ ‭1:14‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Angels protect those we give referential fear to God’s authority from danger.

I sought (inquired of) the Lord and required Him [of necessity and on the authority of His Word], and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. [Ps. 73:25; Matt. 7:7.] They looked to Him and were radiant; their faces shall never blush for shame or be confused. This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. The Angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him [who revere and worship Him with awe] and each of them He delivers. [Ps. 18:1; 145:20.]” ‭Psalm‬ ‭34:4-7‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

We should understand that David did not see angel physically but he believed that because he submits to God’s authority  given Him the awe that is due to His name. God’s angels delivers him from danger.

This text teaches us God’s angels don’t condone with rebellion. They protect those who heed to the voice of Christ and practice His word. A great example is Daniel. Please read Daniel 6:1-22.

God’s word is His authority and as we submit to it, we activate angelic activities around us .

I pray for you today that you will learn to submit to the authority of God’s word in Jesus name.

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. Help me by Your Spirit to always submit to your Word in referential awe to You in Jesus name. Amen
