See, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil. [If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God which] I command you today, to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His ordinances, then you shall live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land into which you go to possess.”
Deuteronomy 30:15-16 AMPC
The word if is conditional. That means it won’t just manifest automatic without our cooperation. God’s part has done already, but we must realign our spirit, soul and body to position in accordance to His Word for us to experience the manifestation.
Thus, the Word of the Lord says “if you will obey “.
When God talks of obedience He does not mean lip service. He meant obedience in thought, word and deed. In other words God’s word must first change how you think and it will also change what you say and then your actions. That is why Abraham was blessed.
That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”
Genesis 22:17-18 KJV
Therefore, every true confession of God’s must be backed up with our actions.
Let’s pray together:
Heavenly Father thank You for Your Word. Help me to be obedient always to You in Jesus name. Amen.
