Therefore then, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], let us strip off and throw aside every encumbrance (unnecessary weight) and that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us, and let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us, Looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher [bringing it to maturity and perfection]. He, for the joy [of obtaining the prize] that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising and ignoring the shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God. [Ps. 110:1.] Just think of Him Who endured from sinners such grievous opposition and bitter hostility against Himself [reckon up and consider it all in comparison with your trials], so that you may not grow weary or exhausted, losing heart and relaxing and fainting in your minds.” Hebrews 12:1-3 AMP

The bible says we should look unto Jesus Christ not unto our circumstances. Satan uses the challenges we face in life to cause us to accuse God and disbelief Him (God).

That word faint in Greek it means to unloose or to relax by giving up. But God does not want us faint in our mind, but He wants us to gird loins of our mind with the word of God in the name of Jesus Christ.

So prepare your minds for action and exercise self-control. Put all your hope in the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world. So you must live as God’s obedient children. Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn’t know any better then.” 1 Peter 1:13-14 NLT

Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:” 1 Peter 1:13-14 KJV

It’s time to prepare your mind for action against satanic attacks through the word of God by the power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ mighty name.

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your word. Help me prepare the mind of God for action against satanic attacks in the power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
