These all wait and are dependent upon You, that You may give them their food in due season. When You give it to them, they gather it up; You open Your hand, and they are filled with good things.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭104:27-28‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Waiting on God causes Him to let go of what He has in His hands for our benefit. The hand of the Lord in this text speaks of His power, means and direction for our lives. God wants to use us to display His wisdom and power in this world. That is our place in Him. But this can only happen as we learn to wait on Him as the source and guide of our lives in all we do and say.

Furthermore,as we wait, He satisfies us in all things as we depend on His Almightiness in us to display His wisdom, power direction in and through our lives. Also, He makes sure we experience His superabundance provision for us and others in need.

That is why the Psalmist said:

My soul, wait only upon God and silently submit to Him; for my hope and expectation are from Him.” Psalm‬ ‭62:5‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Today as you wait on Him expect God’s divine providence to be your source of comfort and also expect Him to display His power and wisdom through you and make you a blessing to your community, family, friends and generation in Jesus name.

Heavenly Father thank You for Your Word. I trust in Your divine providence in my life, family, friends and love ones. Use me to be a display of Your power and wisdom in this world in Jesus name. Amen
