Just as the Son of Man came not to be waited on but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many [the price paid to set them free].” Matthew 20:28 AMPC

As long as we focus on our circumstances we will never fulfill God’s plan and purpose for our lives. Jesus Christ our Lord did not come on earth to satisfy His own claims but He came to destroy the works of satan on our behalf. We are here on this earth to do the will of God Almighty who has called us out of darkness into light.

It’s for us to go out and start fulfilling the mandate given to us by Jesus Christ. That is to minister and not to be ministered to.

The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good news (the Gospel) to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity], To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound]. [Isa. 61:1, 2.] Luke 4:18-19 AMPC

This is our mandate. It’s time to go out and fulfill this mandate in Jesus Christ mighty name.

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. Help me by Your Spirit to fulfill Your mandate for my life in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen
