For when the daughter of Herodias herself came in and danced, she pleased and fascinated Herod and his guests; and the king said to the girl, Ask me for whatever you desire, and I will give it to you. And he put himself under oath to her, Whatever you ask me, I will give it to you, even to the half of my kingdom.[Esth. 5:3, 6.]” Mark 6:22-23 AMP

This is a mere human king. He placed himself under oath and required to give his daughter what she wants because she pleases him.

In those days and even today a king is bound to what he says, or he make himself a public ridicule, even if what he promised goes contrary to himself. If the king does not fulfill his promise, he causes his people to lose faith in him.

The Bible says:” We please God by faith.”

But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out].” Hebrews 11:6 AMP

The day you truly gave your heart to Jesus Christ as Your savior and Lord, you become pleasant to God. And because you are pleasant to him, He is saying this as our King to us: “ask what you want and I will grant your request.”

If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.” John 15:7 AMP

God Almighty is so willing to meet your needs. You are the qualified candidate to receive from Him…

God is not a man, that He should tell or act a lie, neither the son of man, that He should feel repentance or compunction [for what He has promised]. Has He said and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and shall He not make it good?” Numeri 23:19 AMP

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word. I ask for  (——-) put your request in the box. Thanks Lord for answering my prayer and supplying in my needs in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
