And they have overcome (conquered) him by means of the blood of the Lamb and by the utterance of their testimony, for they did not love and cling to life even when faced with death [holding their lives cheap till they had to die for their witnessing].” Revelation 12:11 AMPC

The word told us the enemy is overcome by the blood of Jesus Christ. Most people are still trying to overcome him (the adversary). We don’t need to try to accomplish what Jesus already did for us. We have to identify with His (Jesus) death and resurrection and take our stand against the wiles of satan.

Who was betrayed and put to death because of our misdeeds and was raised to secure our justification (our acquittal), [making our account balance and absolving us from all guilt before God]” Romans 4:25 AMPC

So based on what Jesus accomplished on our behalf we have to take our stand in Christ and dismiss all satanic missiles released against us, knowing we have already overcome.

Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour. Withstand him; be firm in faith [against his onset–rooted, established, strong, immovable, and determined], knowing that the same (identical) sufferings are appointed to your brotherhood (the whole body of Christians) throughout the world.” 1 Peter 5:8-9 AMPC

We should take our stand against the enemy and use the word  of God as an offensive weapon against him based on our the circumstances that the enemy is trying to superimposed on us.

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your Word. I put to reverse every arrow released against my heart and mind. I take the thoughts captive by the power of the Holy Spirit. And through the eternal work of the blood of Jesus Christ I put to stop satanic assignment against my life and I declare the desire of the wicked will not stand in my life and I prophesy God’s goodness and mercy are following me everywhere I go in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen
