And Gideon said to him, O sir, if the Lord is with us, why is all this befallen us? And where are all His wondrous works of which our fathers told us, saying, Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt? But now the Lord has forsaken us and given us into the hand of Midian. The Lord turned to him and said, Go in this your might, and you shall save Israel from the hand of Midian. Have I not sent you? Gideon said to Him, Oh Lord, how can I deliver Israel? Behold, my clan is the poorest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house. The Lord said to him, Surely I will be with you, and you shall smite the Midianites as one man.
Judges 6:13‭-‬16 AMP

Whenever we are going through challenges, the devil always wants us to look at ourselves. Gideon told God that He is unable. God did not answer Him but God Almighty response to Gideon was base on who He(God) is. God always wants us to look at Him and what He is capable of doing not who we are or what we’re capable of doing.

The key is, God is the one working with you in turning your trials into triumph. And also confirming His word with signs and wonders in your life.

And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
Mark 16:20 KJV

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. Thank you for teaching me that my confidence should rest on You working with me and not on my capabilities in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen
