In order that you may not grow disinterested and become [spiritual] sluggards, but imitators, behaving as do those who through faith (by their leaning of the entire personality on God in Christ in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness) and by practice of patient endurance and waiting are [now] inheriting the promises.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭6:12‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Faith and patience are powerful keys to see the manifestation of God’s promises in our lives. Due to impatience many have limited God’s work in their life . When we’re impatient is because we don’t find God faithful to perform that which He promised us in His word.

The Word of God is forever settled in heaven and God will not alter no Word that has gone out of His mouth concerning His promises for our lives.

Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven [stands firm as the heavens]. [Ps. 89:2; Matt. 24:34, 35; I Pet. 1:25.]” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭119:89‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

My covenant will I not break or profane, nor alter the thing that is gone out of My lips.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭89:34‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

We must stake our lives on His faithfulness and not on our ability knowing God is faithful and just to do in our lives that which Has promised. This was the secret of the Heroes of faith in the book of Hebrew 11 who walk with God and pleased Him and though not all had the tangible manifestation of the promised but they all saw the promises of God and for this reason they endured and trusted in God.

These people all died controlled and sustained by their faith, but not having received the tangible fulfillment of [God’s] promises, only having seen it and greeted it from a great distance by faith, and all the while acknowledging and confessing that they were strangers and temporary residents and exiles upon the earth. [Gen. 23:4; Ps. 39:12.]”
