Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.” Galatians 5:5 KJV
The law was weak through the flesh. That is human reasoning and ability. That’s why we can’t trust our efforts in order to walk with God Almighty.
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” Romans 8:3-4 KJV
Moreover we’re asked to submit ourselves to the Lord so that God’s grace will be visible in our lives. Without submission, there will be no grace given to fulfil God’s plan and purpose for our lives. For the flesh will never please God.
So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.” Romans 8:8 KJV
Jesus Christ our example lives His life here on earth through submission and had to follow every instruction from God Almighty for Him to succeed. That’s why He (Jesus Christ) said ” I do what I see my Father do and I say what He says. “
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.” Johannes 14:10 KJV
