Just think how much more the blood of Christ will purify our consciences from sinful deeds so that we can worship the living God. For by the power of the eternal Spirit, Christ offered himself to God as a perfect sacrifice for our sins.” Hebrew 9:14 NLT

No one can really submit to God Almighty without the help of the Holy Spirit. Even Jesus Christ our Lord could not do it without The Holy Spirit help. The bible says: For by the power of the eternal Spirit (Holy Spirit ) Christ offered Himself to God as a perfect sacrifice for our sins. That was the story of Gethsemane.

In Gethesemane the battle of two wills was resolved with the Help of the Holy Spirit. That’s why Jesus Christ said “nevertheless not mine will be done but thine be done”.

And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.” 1 Matthew 26:39 KJV

The struggle of submitting to God Almighty and the many dos and don’ts in denomination will cease if we invest time to teach the people to learn to be led by the Holy Spirit and also to be filled with the Holy Spirit. When we are practicing being filled by the Spirit and being Led by Him, submitting to God will be the most easiest thing in the world.

For we can only submit to God Almighty with the help of the Holy Spirit. Submitting to God Almighty helps us to know the ways of God not just His acts. The acts of God are things His done to us already and still making it manifest in our lives. But the ways of God has to do with knowing the person of God who is Jesus Christ our Lord for yourself. We can’t know the Holy Spirit without knowing Jesus Christ. He (Jesus Christ ) is the one that introduces the Holy Spirit to us. So when we know the person of Christ, He will make us know the Holy Spirit.

He made known His ways [of righteousness and justice] to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel.” Psalms 103:7

Heavenly Father, I thank You for your word. Teach me to practice being filled with the Holy Spirit and being Led by Him. So that I can fully submit to You and the authority you’ve placed in my life here on earth in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen
