During one of our morning devotions my husband prayed for me, he said something that struck my spirit:

“Her relevance is answering the call of God upon her life”

As I was pounding on this truth, I realized that everybody wants to be relevant at some point. The question is how do you become relevant?

‘But he who had received the one talent went and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.’

God gave you talents and gifts. Do you use them? Often you start and get discouraged along the way. You forget that you are responsible as His steward over what He has given you. Shying away or stopping to use your talents and gifts doesn’t give you a reward. You are obedient to God for you worship Him first in order to serve people. Do not reverse it!

Critics will always be there but they are not the ones who will reward you! Keep looking unto Jesus! You worship Him, not people! You become relevant when you do God’s will and you will be rewarded when you do what God ask you to do with your talents and gifts!
