But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.” John 14:26 AMP

Most of the time we find it difficult to remember God’s Word or the things which the Lord God Almighty is spoken to us. Human memory can easily forget God’s Word, but easily remembers the unfruitful things in life. Due to the fact that satan, the accuser of the brethren, always causes our mind to dwell in our mistakes or problems.

The Holy Spirit has a vital role in our lives when we pray in the Spirit with the help of the Holy Spirit. He helps us remember God’s rhema word to stand our grounds against the wiles of satan. He (the Holy Spirit) also remind you of your own personal appointments if only involve Him (the Holy Spirit) when you were making them.

For example in Acts 11 Peter the apostle narrated what happened to the gentiles. And also said: “He remembered what the Lord Jesus Christ said when the Holy Spirit fell on the gentiles.”

When I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them just as He did on us at the beginning. [Acts 2:1-4.] Then I recalled the declaration of the Lord, how He said, John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with (be placed in, introduced into) the Holy Spirit.” Acts 11:15-16 AMP

This event took place after praying in Spirit with the help of the Holy Spirit. (Please read Acts 10 ).

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word. I thank You for given me the Holy Spirit to help me remember God’s word spoken to me as I practice praying in the Spirit with the help of the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
