Christ purchased our freedom [redeeming us] from the curse (doom) of the Law [and its condemnation] by [Himself] becoming a curse for us, for it is written [in the Scriptures], Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree (is crucified); [Deut. 21:23.] To the end that through [their receiving] Christ Jesus, the blessing [promised] to Abraham might come upon the Gentiles, so that we through faith might [all] receive [the realization of] the promise of the [Holy] Spirit.” Galatians 3:13-14 AMPC

One of things that sin brought to the world was curse. As a result of the curse, sickness, poverty and death came into existence. But the bible says we are delivered from it.

My emphasis today goes on sicknesses. If sin brought sicknesses, and Jesus Christ is paid the price for sin on our behalf, then we should not accept sicknesses as part of us because the price is paid.

But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.” Isaiah 53:5 AMPC

The blessing that came to us through the atoning sacrifice of Christ on our behalf is divine health.

He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.” 1 Peter 2:24 AMPC

Jesus paid the price for sicknesses too. Therefore, we don’t need to carry our sicknesses with us. That’s why Jesus died for our sins and His body reap off for our bodily healing.

And thus He fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, He Himself took [in order to carry away] our weaknesses and infirmities and bore away our diseases. [Isa. 53:4.]” Matthew 8:17 AMPC

Thank God for divine health and allow His healing balm to make you whole in every area of your life that you need physical and emotional healing.

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. I praise You for my healing in Jesus name. Amen.
