Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.” John 15:16 KJV
The Bible say that you should go out and bring forth fruit. So even our Lord knows that there still many out there that needs to be part of The Kingdom. He has given us the mandate but it is our choice to respond. Until we respond, we’ll never understand what fruitfulness really means. For example:
After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.” Luke 10:1,17 KJV
The seventy return again with joy. Now if they did not respond to the great commission mandate, they will never experienced what the Lord wants them to experience or know how fruitful the Lord has made them to be.
When God Almighty sends a man to do something, He is responsible for that thing to come to pass. All what we have to do is to obey.
Be fruitful today in all your endeavours to preach the gospel in Jesus Christ mighty name.
