Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;” Ephesians 5:17-19 KJV
God’s will for us is to be filled with the Holy Spirit. When you’re not filled with the Holy Spirit you will definitely be filled with your challenges and you will end up magnifying your problem.
That’s why we’re told to practice being filled with the Holy Spirit by making melody in our hearts unto the Lord.
Praise and worship is healthy to your spirit, it brings peace to your mind and it refreshing your body.
Go ahead and make a melody in your heart unto the Lord.
