And behold, I will send forth upon you what My Father has promised; but remain in the city [Jerusalem] until you are clothed with power from on high.” Luke 24:49 AMP
We must also learn to seek God to be clothed with power to continue to do His work as we’re magnifying our office. Remember it’s God Almighty doing the work through us, it’s not us doing it. Jesus Himself could not do anything without being clothed with this power.
It’s the power of God over our lives that makes our office in Christ Jesus unique. And it’s also the power of God in our lives that produces the proof that Jesus Christ is alive. And it’s the power of God in our lives that works the works of God through us. Please read Luke 4:18-19, where Jesus announces the works of God which He came to do.
Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in Me? What I am telling you I do not say on My own authority and of My own accord; but the Father Who lives continually in Me does the (His) works (His own miracles, deeds of power).” John 14:10 AMP
We must learn to make quality time with our Lord Jesus Christ to experience this power.

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word. I ask You to cloth me with Your power as I spend time with You to enable me to magnify my office in Christ Jesus, Amen.
