Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.” Colossians 1:29 KJV
The New Living Translation says:
That’s why I work and struggle so hard, depending on Christ’s mighty power that works within me.”
The reason why most people don’t see results in what they do, is due to their lack of dependency on God Almighty. Jesus our Saviour and Lord achieve results in all He did while on earth with His disciples.
The question is: Why did Jesus had results? The answer is simple.
Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak are not my own, but my Father who lives in me does his work through me.” John 14:10
Moreover, if Jesus Christ our Lord depended upon the Our Heavenly Father for results. Why is it that we think, we can achieve results with our ability? Jesus Christ our Lord was a man under instructions. His speech, action and movement came as a result of God Almighty at work in Him. He was more concious of God working in Him than His ability and the things that surrounds Him.
Furthermore, self effort in achieving results is self strangulation. The Bible says God is given us the Holy Spirit to help us fulfil His plans for our life. Until we as children of God start looking unto Jesus and choose to spend time in His presence. Only then will the Holy Spirit our Helper assist us in our many labours and cause us to see results in all we do. Read John 16:7-15. It’s time for you to see results and allow the Holy Spirit to work in you. May you be an instrument of results in God’s hand in Jesus name. Amen.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for Your word. Today I decline from my efforts and plug into Your mighty working in me. I declare I am an intrument of results in Your Hands in Jesus name. Amen.
