Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” 1 Peter 5:7 KJV
Many people love to carry their problems with them and they try to resolve their issues by themselves. Most of the time they’re so distressed because their methods of solving their problems doesn’t work.
The Bible says we should cast it to our Lord Jesus Christ. For example, when you have to travel to another country using a train and you have luggage with you, there’s no use carrying your own luggage when you can lay it down on the train to carry it for you.
So God Almighty wants us to cast our problems to Jesus and trust Him to fix it. The most practical way to demonstrate this text is:
Maybe right now you at home or at work. Pick up an object. That object symbolizes your problem. Imagine that’s what has been stressing you out. Just throw it on the ground and leave it there. If you notice the object is no more on you. You don’t have it anymore, but the ground has it. It’s the same as giving your problems to Jesus and allow Him takes care of it. This is what I call prayer.
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Philippians 4:6 KJV
Our problems is when you go to God with our problems, we take it back with us. Don’t do that anymore. Today bring in practice the Bible and that spirit of heaviness will leave you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
