I have loved you, [just] as the Father has loved Me; abide in My love [continue in His love with Me]. If you keep My commandments [if you continue to obey My instructions], you will abide in My love and live on in it, just as I have obeyed My Father’s commandments and live on in His love. I have told you these things, that My joy and delight may be in you, and that your joy and gladness may be of full measure and complete and overflowing. This is My commandment: that you love one another [just] as I have loved you.” John 15:9-12 AMP

The greatest moments in our lives as we practice intimacy with Jesus Christ are when we allow the Spirit of the love of God in us dominate us, in all we do and say. The Spirit of love is selflessness it’s not selfish and considers the other as first priority.
In intimacy with Jesus Christ God dwells and functions best in us and through us as we allow His love dominate us. The anointing to break satanic yokes is more powerfully at work in our lives when we function out of the Love of God.

That’s why Jesus commanded us to love one another as He has loved us.

One of the proof that we are intimate with our Lord Jesus Christ is obedience born out of love, not fear to God Almighty.

Jesus answered, If a person [really] loves Me, he will keep My word [obey My teaching]; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place) with him.” Johannes 14:23 AMP

The root of our intimacy with God Almighty is Love.

We love Him, because He first loved us.” 1 John 4:19 AMP

We can only express the God kind of Love because He gave it to us through Jesus Christ and spread it abroad in our hearts by The Holy Spirit.
That is the least we can offer in expressing our intimacy with Jesus Christ our Lord is to walk in the Love of God.

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. Help me by Your Spirit to always exercise Your Love given to me as a demonstration of my intimacy with You in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen
