The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: But because the Lord loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the Lord brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. My emphasis today is on verse ten where God said“And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.”

This text makes us to know the battle is not ours. No matter the challenges the battle is God’s. We must learn to trust in His Almightiness and not in our ability. As long as we serve God we will always have enemies that hate us because they first hates our Lord. The enemies that hate God are the ones that hate us.

If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15:18-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That’s why the Lord has assured us to recompense our enemies for all the evil he has done to us.

We must learn to surrender the battle back to Him and allow Him to fight for us.

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Remember whatever promises the Lord has promised us in His Word, He will makes sure it come to pass no matter what the enemy tries to do.

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”
