• Exodus 16:27-29
• Psalms 127:1-2
• Luke 10:7

One of the reasons why many work hard and yet their labour doesn’t yield fruits; they didn’t get God involved in the process. Even when they do, they refuse to heed to His instruction.

God told the children of Israel to gather food for six days. And on the seventh day they should honour His Name and rest. However they refused to heed to His instruction. As a result of that, they went out to do business as usual and gathered nothing.

“See! The Lord has given you the Sabbath; therefore on the sixth day he gives you bread for two days. Remain each of you in his place; let no one go out of his place on the seventh day.”
‭‭
This is just one of the reasons why many labour in vain.

The Word of God says: “EXCEPT THE Lord builds the house, they labour in vain who build it; except the Lord keeps the city, the watchman wakes but in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to take rest late, to eat the bread of [anxious] toil–for He gives [blessings] to His beloved in sleep.”

No more vain labours! This is the reason why Jesus never acted as self appointed, but only did what He was instructed by His Father to do.

God has not called us into vain labour but unto fruitfulness. He said: “… for the labourer is worthy of his wages.”

In this case the labourer was doing the instruction of His master.

No more vain labours! We should learn to commit our ways to the Lord and follow His orders to be fruitful.

Many blessings in Jesus’ Name.

Think and do things differently!!!!
