Bible Study Plan 2019

Today we read:
Exodus 29-30
Mark 6:1-29
Proverbs 5:15-23

-Food for thought day 52-

• Exodus 4:10-11
• Jeremiah 1:6-7

God is not counting on man’s ability to do what He has to do. He looks at our availability for His use. We should stop giving excuses why we can’t do what God has commissioned us to do.

Moses said: “ I can’t speak”.
Jeremiah said: “….I am a child “.
But God was not counting on their ability, but Himself, in making them to be what He has purposed, which is in Himself, for them.

Moreover, Jesus Christ did not count on His ability to do God’s will. He could not do anything without God’s help.

It was the Holy Spirit that helped Him to endure all temptations He went through.

The Word of God says: “How much more surely shall the blood of Christ, Who by virtue of [His] eternal Spirit [His own preexistent divine personality] has offered Himself as an unblemished sacrifice to God, purify our consciences from dead works and lifeless observances to serve the [ever] living God?”

The works He did was also through the help of the Holy Spirit.

“For I have come down from heaven not to do My own will and purpose but to do the will and purpose of Him Who sent Me.”
‭‭
‭“Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in Me? What I am telling you I do not say on My own authority and of My own accord; but the Father Who lives continually in Me does the ( His ) works (His own miracles, deeds of power).”
‭‭
We should stop giving excuses. God is looking for people that will say: “YES” to Him. So that He can do through that person what the person can’t do for himself. In other words: He is counting on Himself to fulfill His purpose in our lives. All what we need to do is to say: “YES!”

No more excuses. It is time to say “YES” and put into action God’s Word.

Obey the Lord by acting upon His Word.

Many Blessings in Jesus’ Name.
