Most of the time we pray for more love amongst believers. Well we don’t need to pray for more love, but what we must do is to practice what we have received already.

The Word of God says: “Such hope never disappoints or deludes or shames us, for God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to us.”

We have God’s love shed abroad in our hearts, we must learn to put it into practice. The opposite of walking in love is hate, which has to do with selfishness. We as believers in Christ can’t hate, because it contradicts WHO God is and our new nature which is love.

“He who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love.”

The Word of God says: “… God is love…”. And if God is love then His children carry His nature which is Love.

The only reason that we know we’re born again is because of the love of God ruling over our hearts.

Today show someone love knowing we can’t see God, but we can see people created in His likeness. To show we love God, Whom we don’t see, is to love the people we see.
