Love is not a seeker of position. Mostly we think having a position makes us great, but Jesus Christ measures greatness in terms of laying down your life for others.

“But they held their peace: for by the way they had disputed among themselves, who should be the greatest. And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭9:34-35‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Greatness for Jesus Christ is linked to servanthood; someone who serves a purpose for others. In other words, laying down our lives for others to live or enjoy.

The Word of God says: “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15:13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Greatness is linked to greater love for humanity, even at the expense of our own life.

It’s about time we shift our focus of being positioned conscious into being a living sacrifice unto the Lord and the people He has assigned us to. That is greatness!

Remember: greatness is not a position, but the greater Love of God for humanity.
